Managed by Mr P. Cherry, from a base at the Smithfield Wholesale Market in Birmingham a large customer base is served, from independent retailers, to restaurateurs including some of the top chefs in the midlands, cash and carry outlets, local authorities and smaller supermarket chains.

The objective is to supply the very finest quality produce to all customers, not just to a select few. The product range is extensive and, in addition to marketing Bartletts’ Staffordshire grown parsnips and vegetables, the company supplies other vegetables including potatoes, onions, brassicas and salads, sourced locally, nationally and internationally, according to the individual needs of the customers.
